Working with our planners and architects, we will help create your ideal home, taking the design through the planning process in conjunction with all the required professionals to help ensure a positive outcome. Each project is unique and we will appoint the appropriate experts and surveyors to advise on each planning requirement during the process.
Construction
Using our construction contacts Sited will tender each project out to ensure we receive the most competitive and suitable quotes for the build. Each contractor will have a proven track record of construction, whether this is of a contemporary or a more traditional style. We will work with you and the construction company to oversee the delivery of the build on your behalf.

From start to finish, our Interior Designers will take care of every single detail, from decorating the property so that it is ready for furnishing or fully furnishing the decorated home, so that you can move straight in. We will introduce you to a number of businesses, that fit in with your brief and accord with the style you are looking to create, as well as providing our expert advice and input when required.

At sited we work with developers and housing associations to secure large-scale developments, where we can offer the complete design and build a customised package.
